The TZZRJ series Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer comprise with heating and cooling unit, it can be customized designed according to process requirements, with flexible selection on work temperature, service time and provide user operation supervision and record with indicating material temperature and recording, etc.
With PLC controlled, the unit temperature curve could be printed with connection of a computer.
All material contacted parts are made of superior sanitary stainless steel.
All pressure vessels are available with qualified design and manufacturer license, and produced in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the State on the design and manufacturing of pressure vessels.
Main Performance and Applicable Range:
The TZZRJ series vacuum emulsifying mixer consists with function of homogenizing, emulsifying, blending, dispensing, air exhaust, heating and cooling, etc.
The equipment is mainly used in cosmetic, food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries. It can homogenize, emulsifying and blending paste, cream(or colloid), lotion material under vacuum condition, and get high quality emulsifier products.
The equipment design and manufacturing are completely according to GMP standard.

Detail Specification of each Component:
- Emulsifying tank
1) Heating method: jacket steam heating or electrical heating:15kw.
2) Structure: Three-layer structure, upper and lower heads. The upper head and the tank are flanged, and the lower head is directly connected to the tank.
3) The tank body inner case material is: SUS316L, the thickness is 5mm, and the inner polishing is 300 MESH (sanitary grade)
4) The medium case material is: SUS304 has a thickness of 3mm and is subjected to a maximum working pressure of 0.1MPa.
5) The jacket material is SUS304, the thickness is 2mm, and the jacket outer polishing is 300MESH (sanitary grade).
6) All welding joints are abraded and polished with interface of circular arc transition.
7) The insulation layer is made of PU (polyurethane) foaming technology, with excellent insulation performance.
8) Two sets of agitator in the tank:
a) High speed shear vortex emulsifier, speed 0-3500r/min, (frequency control) (with ABB high speed motor)
b) Slow speed frame type scraping wall agitator, speed 0-60 r/min (frequency control) (with Taiwan Chenggang geared motor)

2. .Water or oil based tank
Specification of the oil boiler
1) Heating method: jacket steam heating or electric heating : 12kw.
2) Structural: three-layers structure. The upper cover is semi-open and the lower head is three feet grounded.
3) The tank body material is: SUS316L, thickness: 4mm, internal polishing 300MESH (sanitary grade).
4) The medium case material is: SUS304, the thickness is 3mm, and the maximum working pressure is 0.1MPa.
5) The jacket material is: SUS304, the thickness is 2mm, and the outer polishing is 300MESH (sanitary grade).
6) All welding joints are abraded and polished with interface is circular arc transition.
7) The insulation layer is made of PU polyurethane foaming process.

Specification of the water boiler
1) The volume is different and the rest is the same as the oil boiler.
1) Vacuum pump: water ring vacuum pump;
2) With stainless steel water tank and stainless steel gas-liquid separator.
3) Vacuum limit: It can reach -0.098MPa, and the vacuum limit can be drawn in two minutes.
4) A filter is set in the vacuum line (to prevent the foam in the boiler from being sucked out). Three vacuum check valves are installed and the vacuum is kept from leaking for one hour.
4.Heating & cooling system
1) All pipes are made of SS304 and polished.
2) All control units are automatically completed by pneumatic globe control valve, no manual valve is applied. (For steam heating. the pipe temperature is high, large number of control valves are applied to prevent safety hazard to the operator.)
3) The pipeline heating and cooling control system all use pneumatic valves, which is suitable for explosion-proof environment and achieve automatic control.
4) Cooling can be done using tap water.
5. Hydraulic pressure lifting system
1) Motor power: 0.75KW.
2) Hydraulic cylinder driving with auxiliary guide rod to achieve stable rise and fall.
3) All solenoid valves, relief valves, pressure retaining valves and other electrical accessories are from Taiwan with reliable quality.
4) with bidirectional self-control, it is slow rising and fast falling to improve work efficiency.
5) Hydraulic safety precautions:
- Safety device for the vacuum in the boier before the hydrauic start
- safety devices for the agitator after the main boier is ifted
- safety devices when hydrauic pressure can not be owered by the vertical boier
- Automatic dumping coud not be started unti main boiler is lifted to the highest point
6.Discharging system1) Discharge method:
a) positive pressure discharge
b) rotor pump discharge
c) oblique discharge. (oil, water pot uses vacuum suction)
2) equipped with positive pressure discharge and hydraulic automatic tilting discharge. If rotor pump discharge is required, please consult us.
3) Another safety precaution is applied to the reset after discharging. (For details, please consult.)

8. Temperature controlling system
1) The emulsified mixing tank, oil and water tank are all equipped with the most advanced temperature control device: integrated PT100 temperature control device.
2) And the special device specially designed on the temperature probe: (due to the fluidity and thermal conductivity of the paste is worse than the liquid), in the process of material production, the materials attached to the temperature probe are automatically intermittently wiped to make the temperature of the material Quick and complete conduction to the control unit with a temperature error of only ±1 °C.
3) The temperature control device is automatically completed by connecting to the computer. Simply set it on the touch screen during operation.
